Property One was founded by Shaun Logan to provide high quality property maintenance services to property owners in Knutsford and throughout Cheshire.
Shaun has over 30 years of property experience. Since serving his building apprenticeship at the age of 16, he has been involved in a vast array of projects. These include new property builds, property remodelling and public building renovations, including schools and hospitals.
His career has included long periods as a finishing foreman, site manager and contracts manager, including Egerton Estates. It was here that he oversaw high quality house-build projects such as Lillybrook and The Shambles in Knutsford. In 2006, Shaun started his own company offering refurbishments for landlords and property owners.
